- How much is my toner worth?
- It depends on the part number, quantity, condition and current demand — sealed, in-demand cartridges in current box styles pay the most. Send your list and you'll have a firm number within one business day.
- Who pays for shipping?
- We do. Once you accept a quote we send a prepaid shipping label, or arrange pickup in the NYC area.
- What exactly do you buy?
- Factory-sealed, genuine OEM toner and ink cartridges, plus drums, imaging units, fuser and maintenance kits — HP, Canon, Brother, Xerox, Lexmark, Ricoh and most other major brands.
- Do you buy opened, refilled or compatible cartridges?
- No — we only buy the brand's own cartridges, factory-sealed in the original box. Expired ink is also out, and older or damaged box styles pay less.
- When do I get paid?
- Promptly, once your boxes arrive and check out against the list you sent. We confirm the payment method with you when you accept the quote.
- Is there a minimum quantity?
- No. A few cartridges or a full stockroom — we quote it all, and you never need an account or a portal.
